Returns and Exchanges
Lochtech strives to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. Some of the products offered on our site are made by individual artists and are usually one of a kind. Because of this uniqueness, no warranty, implied or otherwise, is provided and sales are deemed final unless otherwise stated in the item lisitng for these types of products. Any items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defected. Other items offered on Lochtech that do not meet the afore mentioned criteria, a store/website credit or exchange may be sought. If it is determined that a credit or exchange be given, it must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and a proper return authorisation must be obtained. Credits an exchanges will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions for website credit. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition. All returned merchandise must be insured with the shipper. Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
